Tilting Sling
The gas filling block flipping and demolding lifting device is one of the main supporting equipment in the production of gas filling blocks. It is installed on the billet conveying mechanism, and the lifting and flipping power of the lifting device is provided by the hydraulic station. The flipping lifting device flips the billet (with mold and side plate) 90 degrees in the air, and the lifting device is placed on the cutting table or cutting cart. After removing the mold frame, the billet can be cut.
Aerated block flipping and demolding lifting device: matched with double beam double hook crane, used for demolding, lifting and transporting the blank body, etc. The structure adopts hydraulic thrusters to automatically open and close the four hooks.

Common faults and troubleshooting methods
The common faults of flipping demolding lifting equipment mainly focus on abnormal flipping action, unsmooth demolding, loose connection of lifting equipment, etc. The following are specific faults and corresponding troubleshooting methods:
Abnormal flipping action (no flipping, lagging flipping/uneven speed)
Fault cause 1
Insufficient pressure or oil leakage in the hydraulic system.
-Exclusion method: Check the pressure value of the hydraulic pump to ensure it reaches the specified range; Check whether the hydraulic pipelines and sealing rings are damaged, replace damaged parts, and replenish hydraulic oil.
Fault cause 2
The mold opening device is stuck or not aligned properly
-Exclusion method: Check whether the position of the mold opening device is accurate, whether it rotates flexibly, and add lubricating oil.
Fault cause 3
The flipping bearing is stuck and worn.
-Exclusion method: Disassemble the flipping mechanism, clean the debris on the bearings, and apply lubricating grease; If the parts are severely worn, replace them directly with new ones.
Unstoppable demolding (unable to demold)
-Reason for malfunction 1: Improper angle adjustment of the flipping demolding mechanism or incomplete opening of the mold opening mechanism.
-Exclusion method: Adjust the pressure or limit of the flipping cylinder according to the flipping angle of the embryo, ensuring that the pressure is moderate (neither insufficient for demolding, nor too large to cause the embryo to tilt, whether the mold opening device is fully drilled, whether there is any jamming phenomenon, and lubricate appropriately).
-Reason 3 for malfunction: The embryo is too tightly adhered to the mold.
-Exclusion method: Check if there is any residual material on the surface of the mold, clean it and apply release agent; If there are problems with the embryo itself, the production process needs to be adjusted.
Loose connection of lifting equipment (shaking of lifting points, displacement of components)
Fault cause 1
Loose or broken connecting bolts/pins.
-Exclusion method: Regularly check the connection parts and tighten loose bolts/pins; If a fracture is found, immediately replace it with high-strength parts of the same specification.
Fault cause 2
Deformation of the lifting crossbeam or bracket.
-Exclusion method: Use a spirit level to check the flatness of the crossbeam. Minor deformations can be repaired using calibration tools; When the deformation is severe, the crossbeam or bracket needs to be replaced.
Failure of safety devices (limit switch not functioning, electrical circuit malfunction)
-Fault cause 1: The limit switch is obstructed by debris or the contacts are malfunctioning, resulting in a broken circuit or loose connectors.
-Exclusion method: Clean the debris around the limit switch, sand the oxidized contacts with sandpaper to ensure that the switch can be triggered normally, measure the circuit, and check the wire ends.
-Reason 2: Safety alarm circuit malfunction.
-Exclusion method: Check the power supply and wiring of the alarm device, replace damaged sensors or alarms, and ensure that the alarm function is normal.
