Aerated concrete block steam curing trolley is a specialized transportation vehicle used in the production process of aerated concrete, mainly used to carry the cut billet into the steam pressure kettle for high-temperature and high-pressure steam curing. Here is a detailed introduction:

workflow
The steam curing carts are arranged in sequence on the inlet track, and the cut blanks are placed flat on the carts by semi-finished lifting equipment. Then, they are grouped by the inlet hoist. After grouping, they are pulled into the steam pressure vessel by the inlet hoist for steam pressure curing. When exiting the kettle, the trolley group is pulled to the finished product yard to unload the finished products. The trolley returns to the kettle track for the next round of work.
Specifications and Dimensions
Common specifications include 4M, 4.2M, 4.8M, 6M, etc., corresponding to inner diameter sizes of 4050 × 1240 × 650mm, 4250 × 1240 × 650mm, 4850 × 1240 × 650mm, 6050 × 1540 × 650mm, respectively.
Technical Requirements
The flatness error of the frame working surface should not exceed 5mm, the quenching hardness of the wheel working surface should not be less than HRC40, and the symmetry error between the installation centerline of the left and right wheels of the steam cured vehicle and the frame centerline should not exceed 2mm, etc., to ensure smooth operation of the car, no jamming, no impact, and no abnormal noise.

Wheel malfunction
Wheel wear
After long-term use, the wheels are prone to wear, causing the car to run unstable or deviate. Regularly check the wear of the wheels and replace them with wheels of the same specification in a timely manner when the wear is severe.
Wheel jamming
It may be caused by dust, debris entering the wheel bearings or journal parts, or bearing damage. It is necessary to clean the debris at the wheel bearings and shaft necks. If the bearings are damaged, they should be replaced.
Track malfunction
Track deformation
Frequent operation of the car or unstable installation of the track may cause track deformation, affecting the operation of the car. Regular inspection of the track is required to correct or replace any deformed parts.
Track wear
Long term friction between the track and wheels can cause track wear, resulting in uneven surface of the track. When the wear is light, the surface of the track can be polished to make it smooth. When the wear is severe, the track needs to be replaced.
Problem at the track joint
There may be excessive clearance and uneven height at the track joint, causing the car to bounce when passing by. Regularly inspect the track joints, adjust the joint clearance, and repair or re lay the track joints in uneven areas.
Frame malfunction
-Frame deformation: Compression from heavy objects or long-term use may cause frame deformation, affecting the stability and service life of the car. For minor deformations, they can be corrected and repaired, while for severe deformations, the frame needs to be replaced.
-Cracking at the welding part of the frame: Vibration during the operation of the car may cause cracking at the welding part of the frame. Timely repair welding should be carried out on the cracked parts, and other welding parts should be inspected for potential crack hazards.
