There are bottom and side support plates on the flip seat, and the bottom support plate is equipped with a locking mechanism for fixing the blocks. Mechanical failure

This can be solved by readjusting the installation accuracy of the equipment, ensuring the verticality and flatness of the drag plates, strengthening equipment cleaning and maintenance, and promptly removing waste materials.

-Improper flipping movement: The reason may be that the attached waste materials on the working surfaces such as the small drag board, track, and flipping horizontal support platform are not removed in a timely manner, or the equipment transmission components are worn or loose. Waste materials on the working surface should be cleaned up in a timely manner, and transmission components such as chains, gears, bearings, etc. should be inspected. Severely worn components should be replaced, and loose components should be tightened.

-Uneven, fast, or heavy tiling of bricks is often due to the operator's lack of proficiency or violation of regulations. It is necessary to strengthen the training of operators to familiarize them with the equipment operation process, strictly follow the operating procedures, and avoid illegal operations.

Insufficient pressure

It may be due to reverse motor direction, clogged oil pipes or filters, excessive clearance between parts, loose connection ports for air intake, high oil viscosity or temperature, etc. The problem can be solved by checking the motor steering, unclogging the pipeline, cleaning or replacing the filter, inspecting and replacing worn parts, tightening the connection port, selecting the appropriate oil and controlling the oil temperature.

Hydraulic noise is high

Reasons include pipeline blockage or small filter capacity, poor sealing leading to bubbles in the oil, inaccurate alignment between the pump and shaft, low oil level in the tank, low oil temperature or high oil viscosity, damaged pump bearings, etc. The fault can be eliminated by cleaning the filter, replenishing oil, replacing the sealing ring, adjusting the position of the pump and shaft to align them, replenishing oil in a timely manner, heating the oil or replacing the appropriate oil, and checking and replacing damaged pump bearings.

Electrical system malfunction

-Power supply issues: manifested as unstable voltage, excessive or insufficient current, etc. A multimeter can be used to measure the voltage and current values between input and output terminals, check the fuse status in the distribution box, and adjust the voltage regulator settings to ensure stable power supply.

-Control circuit failure: usually involves relay contact burnout, line short circuit, etc. Careful inspection should be carried out to ensure that all connection parts are not loose, and that there are no obvious signs of damage on the appearance of components such as relays and contactors. Damaged components should be replaced, and loose wiring should be tightened.

-Sensor failure: If the feedback signal is abnormal, it may be due to dust accumulation in the sensing head or damage to the internal circuit board. Regularly clean the sensing head, inspect and repair the internal circuit board, and replace the sensor with a new one if necessary.
