Common faults and troubleshooting methods

 

1. Cutting size deviation

1. Cause of malfunction: Loose or broken cutting wire; Uneven hardness of raw material body; The position of the guide wheel is offset.

2. Exclusion method: Re tension or replace the cutting wire; Check the raw material ratio to ensure consistent hardness of the billet; Adjust the guide wheel to the correct position and tighten the bolts.

2. Uneven cutting surface

1. Cause of malfunction: Severe wear of the cutting steel wire; The cutting speed does not match the hardness of the billet; The roller does not rotate flexibly.

2. Exclusion method: Replace the cutting wire with a new one; Adjust the cutting speed according to the hardness of the billet, and reduce the speed if the hardness is high; Clean up foreign objects on the roller, add lubricating oil, and replace the roller if necessary.

3. Abnormal noise during equipment operation
