Single-mold Clamp
The single mode clamp for autoclaved aerated concrete blocks is a device used to safely and smoothly clamp and transport the autoclaved aerated concrete blocks to the packaging line or other designated locations.
Here is the relevant introduction
-Structural composition: usually includes a transverse guide frame, a longitudinal guide frame, a crane, a lifting mechanism, a synchronization mechanism, and a clamping mechanism. The lifting mechanism consists of a sliding plate, connecting beam, lifting cylinder, etc., which can achieve the lifting and lowering of the fixture. The clamping mechanism consists of a crossbeam, a clamping arm, and an oil cylinder. The two sides of the crossbeam are connected to the clamping arm through a pin shaft, and the oil cylinder drives the clamping arm to open and close to clamp or release the block. The bottom of the clamping arm is generally equipped with anti slip rubber pads to prevent the block from slipping off.
-Working principle: By moving a crane on a specific track, the fixture is transported above the aerated concrete block. The lifting mechanism descends to bring the fixture closer to the block, and then the oil cylinder of the clamping mechanism moves to drive the clamping arm to clamp the block. Then the lifting mechanism rises to lift the block, and the crane lifts the block to the designated location. Finally, the clamping arm is released to complete the transportation of the block.
-Functional features: It can achieve efficient handling and precise positioning of single-mode blocks. Some fixtures use linkage mechanisms to ensure balanced stress during operation, avoid block damage, reduce internal stress in fixtures, and extend service life. Some also have synchronization function, and the lifting cylinder may adopt a floating connection, which is convenient for disassembly and saves costs.

Structural composition

Functional features
It can achieve efficient handling and precise positioning of single-mode blocks. Some fixtures use linkage mechanisms to ensure balanced stress during operation, avoid block damage, reduce internal stress in fixtures, and extend service life. Some also have synchronization function, and the lifting cylinder may adopt a floating connection, which is convenient for disassembly and saves costs.
The common faults and troubleshooting methods are as follows:
-Decreased clamping force: It may be due to the prolonged use of the fixture, a decrease in hydraulic pump pressure, aging and internal leakage of the hydraulic cylinder seal, or loose contact between the clamping claw and the embryo. It may also be due to oil or other impurities contaminating the clamping mechanism, causing it to move inflexibly. This can be solved by replacing the hydraulic pump or cylinder, cleaning the oil stains on the surface of the fixture rubber and re clamping, as well as cleaning the fixture and replacing the lubricating oil.
-Fixture deformation: may be caused by fixture manufacturing quality issues, improper or overloaded use, overheating or undercooling, and other factors. If the deformation is severe, the fixture needs to be replaced; At the same time, appropriate fixtures should be used, the usage method should be adjusted to avoid overloading, and the temperature range of fixture usage should be controlled.
-Fixture jamming: It may be due to the inflexible movement of internal parts of the fixture, uneven distribution of clamping force, or loose clamping screws causing unstable clamping of the workpiece. The fault can be eliminated by cleaning the inside of the fixture and adding lubricating oil, as well as re reinforcing the clamping screws.
-Rubber clamp wears out quickly: The original composite plate made of rubber skin and steel wire rubber tube is difficult to maintain and wears out quickly. It can be replaced with injection molded rubber blocks to improve clamping force and reduce wear rate.
