Cracking and toppling of the billet

For mold bottom plates with poor stiffness or severe wear and corrosion, they should be replaced or repaired in a timely manner.

During the transportation process of the lifting device, the bottom plate shakes and deforms to reduce the damage of mold shaking to the edges and corners of the blank body.
Wire rope issue
Wear and insufficient lubrication of the wire rope can affect the normal use of the lifting device. The steel wire rope should be cleaned in a timely manner and coated with lubricating oil or grease, especially at the bends of the steel wire rope. At the same time, the wear of the steel wire rope should be checked regularly. If there is serious wear or wire breakage, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
