Method of oiling the mold box:

1. Brush coating, using a manual brush or a long oil stick dipped in mold oil to complete the oil brushing task.

2. Spraying: use oil storage tank, compressed air supply installation, oil pipe and spray to filter the mold oil through the screen and add it to the oil tank, then inject compressed air for pressurization, and turn over the switch of the spray to form a mist spray.

3. Dip coating is carried out in a dedicated oil immersion equipment. The mold frame is lifted and pressed onto the bottom plate of the groove edge. When the machine is started, the mold oil will automatically immerse the mold frame and then exit, and the mold will be lifted and reassembled.

Common faults and troubleshooting methods

 

1. Leakage fault

-Common reasons: aging and damage of the sealing strip on the frame of the mold box; The fit between the mold box and the mold frame is not tight; Loose bolts or cracked welds at the junction of the mold box board.

-Exclusion method: Replace the aging sealing strip to ensure that it is installed smoothly without wrinkles; Adjust the alignment between the mold box and the mold frame, and tighten the connecting bolts; Check the weld seam at the joint, repair the cracked area and polish it flat.

2. Deformation of the mold box

-Common reasons: Long term exposure to heavy loads or excessive demolding force; During high-temperature steam curing, the temperature suddenly rises and drops; Uneven stress or excessive stacking during storage.

-Exclusion method: Mild deformation can be restored through mechanical correction (such as using a jack to press the deformed area); When the deformation is severe, it is necessary to return to the factory for overall correction or replace the damaged panel; Adjust the parameters of the demolding equipment to avoid excessive demolding force, control the temperature rise and fall rate during maintenance, and store horizontally and in a single layer.

3. Poor opening and closing of the mold

-Common reasons: The opening and closing mechanism of the mold box (such as hinges, hydraulic cylinders) is stuck or worn; Rust, deformation or insufficient lubrication of the guide rod; Insufficient hydraulic system pressure or blocked oil circuit.

-Exclusion method: Clean foreign objects in the opening and closing mechanism, replace worn hinges, bearings, and other components; Polish the rust on the guide rod, apply lubricating oil, and replace the guide rod if it is severely deformed; Check the hydraulic system, replenish hydraulic oil, clean the oil circuit blockage, and adjust the system pressure to the standard value.

4. Damaged mold box panel

-Common reasons: Hard objects (such as stones and steel bar heads) mixed into the raw materials collide with the panel; Improper use of tools during demolding may scratch the panel; Long term use leads to panel fatigue wear.

-Exclusion method: Small scratches can be repaired by polishing or repainting; When holes or large areas of damage appear, cut the damaged area and weld a new panel, followed by polishing, rust removal, and painting treatment; Strictly screen raw materials.
