Common faults and troubleshooting methods

For example, the shuttle bus cannot maintain a loose positioning state, resulting in the inability to travel left and right. It may be a deviation in the position of the signal light, although there is signal induction, the positioning motor does not stop. At this point, the position of the signal light can be adjusted to ensure stable signal input.
Travel malfunction
The shuttle bus cannot travel east or west, possibly due to the limit being reached. You can check the indicator light display on the PLC input module of the shuttle bus control cabinet to confirm the limit situation; It is also possible that the frequency converter of the shuttle bus is malfunctioning. You can check the fault code. If the fault is not caused by cable grounding, you can press the Fn key to reset.
Electrical system failure
If the motor fails, it needs to be replaced or repaired; Cable faults can be checked for cable connections, insulation resistance, etc. If there is damage, the cable needs to be replaced.
