Common faults and troubleshooting methods
Uneven mixing, layering or clumping of the slurry
Reason for malfunction:
1. The stirring blades are severely worn or angled, and cannot form effective vortices.
2. Insufficient mixing time or low rotation speed, resulting in incomplete mixing of materials.
3. Improper feeding sequence (such as aggregates and cement not pre mixed) or imbalanced material ratio (such as insufficient moisture).
Exclusion method:
1. Stop the machine to inspect the blades, replace worn parts, and adjust the blade angle to the standard position (usually 30 ° -45 ° to the axis).
2. Extend the mixing time or increase the motor speed according to the process requirements (in accordance with the rated parameters of the equipment).
3. Adjust the feeding sequence (it is recommended to feed aggregates and cement first, then add water and additives), check and correct the material ratio to ensure sufficient moisture.
Motor overload, tripping or abnormal noise
-Reason for malfunction:
1. There is too much material in the mixing chamber (exceeding the rated volume) or foreign objects (such as steel bars and stones) stuck on the blades.
2. The motor bearings are short of oil, worn, or the stator winding is short circuited.
3. The transmission belt is too tight, slipping, or the coupling is loose or misaligned.
-Exclusion method:
1. Immediately stop the machine and cut off the power, clean up excess materials or foreign objects in the mixing chamber, and strictly feed according to the rated volume afterwards.
2. Disassemble the motor, check the bearings and add lubricating grease (such as lithium based grease). If the wear is severe, replace it; Use a multimeter to check the winding. If there is a short circuit, it needs to be rewound or the motor needs to be replaced.
3. Adjust the tightness of the belt (preferably by pressing the belt to sink 15-20mm), and replace the worn belt; Align and tighten the coupling again.
Slurry leakage (from both ends or bottom of the mixing drum)
Reason for malfunction:
1. The sealing components (such as sealing rings and gaskets) at both ends of the mixing drum are aging, worn, or improperly installed.
2. The discharge door at the bottom of the mixing drum is not tightly closed, or the sealing strip of the discharge door is damaged.
3. Cracks or deformations appear at the welding point of the mixing drum.
Exclusion method:
1. After stopping the machine, remove the end cover and replace the aging seal to ensure that there is no offset or wrinkles during installation.
2. Check the opening and closing mechanism of the discharge door, adjust the position of the door body to make it tightly closed; Replace the damaged sealing strip.
3. Weld the cracks (using welding rods that match the material of the cylinder), and correct or replace the mixing cylinder if there is severe deformation.
