working principle

 

After the autoclaved aerated blocks are released from the kettle, they are split by a sorting machine and transported to the designated location by a chain conveyor. The rotating palletizer automatically picks up bricks of predetermined specifications and transports them to the temporary storage platform. The unpacking robot removes the blocks from the temporary storage platform according to the preset stacking method and places them on the packaging conveyor line to form a base for palletized finished product stacks, with forklift holes reserved. Afterwards, the rotating palletizer places a new stack on the base to form a raised finished product stack with a base. Finally, it is packaged by an automatic strapping machine, and the packaged finished product stack is transported by a conveyor to the end for forklifts to transport to the finished product area.

Common faults and their solutions

 

1, Conveyor stuttering/stagnation

-Reason for malfunction: 1 The blocks are placed askew, causing friction or jamming with the conveyor track; 2. Dust accumulation, foreign object blockage, or insufficient lubrication on the conveyor roller/chain lead to increased operating resistance; 3. Drive motor overload, thermal protection device triggers shutdown.

-Solution: 1 Manually adjust the skewed blocks after shutdown to ensure alignment with the conveying direction; 2. Clean the dust and debris on the roller/chain, and add special lubricating oil to the transmission parts; 3. Check the motor load, eliminate any stuck points, and then press the reset button to restart the motor.

2, Misalignment/inability to grasp of grasping mechanism or incorrect positioning of conveyor line

-Reason for malfunction: 1 The photoelectric sensor of the grasping mechanism is offset or obstructed by dust, and the position of the block is not detected; 2. Insufficient pressure in the cylinder/hydraulic system leads to insufficient opening and closing force of the gripper claws; 3. Mechanical claw wear or loose connecting bolts, decreased positioning accuracy, 4. Mechanical jamming or servo alarm; 5. Check if the positioning proximity switch of the conveyor line is damaged or if there is a positional deviation.

-Solution: 1 Adjust the sensor position, clean the surface dust, and recalibrate the detection points; 2. Check the pressure of the air/hydraulic source and supplement the pressure to the specified value of the equipment (generally 0.6-0.8MPa); 3. Replace worn mechanical claws, tighten loose bolts, and calibrate positioning accuracy.

3, Unstable conveying speed

-Reason for malfunction: 1 Inverter parameter settings are incorrect or affected by voltage fluctuations; 2. The drive chain/belt is loose and slipping occurs; 3. Uneven load and accumulation of blocks cause local resistance changes.

-Solution: 1 Reset the parameters of the frequency converter, check the stability of the power supply voltage, and install a voltage regulator if necessary; 2. Adjust the tension of the chain/belt and replace worn transmission components; 3. Optimize the feeding rhythm to avoid the accumulation of blocks on the conveyor line.

4, Control system alarm

-Reason for malfunction: 1 Abnormal signals from photoelectric sensors and proximity switches of various components; 2. Overloading of equipment such as motors and heat sealing machines; 3. Control system program error or poor circuit connection.

-Solution: 1 Check the alarm code, correspondingly check the relevant sensors, repair or replace the faulty components; 2. Investigate the cause of overload (such as jamming or excessive load), reset the overload protection switch; 3. Check the control circuit connectors, unplug or tighten them again, and if necessary, contact the manufacturer to restore the program.
