Cement Ball Mill
A cement ball mill is a horizontal, cylindrical rotating device with an external gear drive. The rotation of the cylinder generates centrifugal force, which lifts the steel balls to a certain height before dropping them down.
Cement ball mills are used to grind cement raw materials. They are available in two methods: dry and wet.

 

Ultrafine Laminated Ball Mill
The ultrafine laminated ball mill is currently the most well-known high-efficiency, energy-saving mill and the first of its kind in China. The ultrafine laminated autogenous mill truly achieves "more crushing, less grinding." The use of the ultrafine laminated autogenous mill offers significant benefits: eliminating the need for secondary and fine crushing and screening plants and equipment, as well as dust removal units. For example, for a mineral processing plant with a capacity of more than 1,500 tons per day, this can save over 2 to 10 million yuan in investment and achieve energy savings of 20 to 30%. It is a truly dust-free, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly mineral processing process.

 

Conical Ball Mill
The conical ball mill is a common type of ball mill used in mineral processing. This mill improves upon the traditional mill structure, integrating the mill body and base frame. It can be placed side-by-side on a flat surface during installation. The main bearing utilizes double-row spherical roller bearings, which can reduce energy consumption by 30%, increase particle size, and increase processing energy by 15-20%. The conical ball mill is a key piece of equipment for pulverizing materials after crushing. Ball mills are widely used in the production of cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractories, fertilizers, ferrous and non-ferrous metal beneficiation, glass, and ceramics. They perform dry or wet grinding of various ores and other grindable materials.

 

Grate Ball Mill
A grate ball mill has a grate plate installed at the discharge end. This plate is composed of several perforated fan-shaped plates with gratings ranging from 7mm to 20mm wide. Ore passes through the grate holes and enters the space between the grate plate and the end cover. The material is then lifted upward by the lifting plate, sliding down the lifting plate, passing through a tapered block, and exiting the mill through the hollow shaft.

 

Pneumatic Discharge Ball Mill

In a pneumatic discharge ball mill, material enters the mill through the feed port. After impact and grinding by the grinding media, the material gradually moves from the mill inlet to the outlet, where it is connected to an air duct. The system connects a separator, classifier, dust collector, and fan inlet in series. When pneumatic discharge begins, the mill body is under relatively low negative pressure. The crushed and finely ground material, driven by the wind, enters the duct system from the discharge port. The classifier separates the coarser particles and returns them to the mill inlet. The ground material is then separated and recovered by the separator.

 

Double-Chamber Ball Mill

In a double-chamber ball mill, material does not directly enter the grinding media within the cylinder after passing through the hollow shaft. Instead, further separation begins when the cylinder rotates at a constant speed around its horizontal axis, causing large particles to fall into the crushing chamber while smaller particles are transported to the grinding chamber via a conveyor. In this way, when their own gravity is greater than the centrifugal force, they will break away from the inner wall of the cylinder and splash or roll down, thereby generating an impact force on the liner to perform targeted crushing work according to the different needs of different chambers.
