Advantages of Aerated Concrete Block Equipment

1. Aerated concrete blocks produced by aerated concrete block equipment are earthquake-resistant. For the same building structure, they offer two higher earthquake resistance levels compared to clay bricks.

2. Aerated concrete blocks are environmentally friendly. Manufacturing, transportation, and use are pollution-free, protecting arable land, saving energy, and reducing consumption. They are considered green and environmentally friendly building materials.

3. Aerated concrete blocks are lightweight. With a porosity of 70%~85%, their bulk density is generally 500-900 kg/m³, which is 1/5 that of ordinary concrete, 1/4 that of clay bricks, and 1/3 that of hollow bricks. They are similar to wood and can float on water. This reduces the building's weight and significantly lowers the overall construction cost.

4. Aerated concrete blocks are fire-resistant. Most of the main raw materials are inorganic, giving them excellent fire resistance and preventing the release of harmful gases when exposed to fire. 5. Aerated concrete blocks are classified as Class A fire-resistant materials, with a fire resistance of 650 degrees Celsius. A 90mm thick wall exhibits a fire resistance of 245 minutes, while a 300mm thick wall achieves 520 minutes.

6. Aerated concrete blocks have excellent sound insulation properties due to their unique porous structure, providing a certain level of sound absorption. A 10mm thick wall can achieve a sound insulation level of 41 decibels.

7. Aerated concrete blocks have excellent thermal insulation properties due to the numerous pores and micropores within the material.

8. Aerated concrete blocks are highly water-resistant due to their numerous independent small pores, resulting in slow water absorption and conduction. The time required for the same volume of blocks to absorb water to saturation is five times that of clay bricks. When used in bathrooms, tiles can be directly applied after surface treatment.

9. Aerated concrete blocks are durable and have stable strength. After one year of atmospheric exposure, the strength increased by 25%, remaining stable even after ten years. 9. Aerated concrete block equipment produces blocks quickly and with good workability; they can be sawed, planed, drilled, and nailed, and can be bonded with suitable adhesives, creating favorable conditions for building construction.

10. Aerated concrete block equipment is economical; the overall cost is reduced by more than 5% compared to using solid clay bricks, and it can increase usable area, greatly improving the utilization rate of building area.
