Silo installation requires ensuring that the anchor bolts are properly cast into the pre-prepared foundation pit, that the centerlines align, that all flanges are level, and that high-quality concrete is used. First, ensure that the anchor bolts are properly cast into the pre-prepared foundation pit and that the centerlines of the cement silo support align with the foundation's centerline. Next, use a theodolite or an 8-10 mm diameter transparent plastic hose with colored water to ensure that all four flanges are level. Once these steps are complete, concrete pouring can begin. It is important to note that the concrete grade used for the pre-prepared pit should be higher than that used for the foundation to ensure quality. If construction is carried out in winter, adding an early-strength antifreeze agent can shorten the construction period. The cement silo can be installed only after the foundation concrete has solidified for 5-7 days.

During installation, the verticality of the cement silo must be measured with a theodolite and maintained within one thousandth of the height.
