A tilting lift is a specialized device that uses mechanical or hydraulic mechanisms to flip objects. Its core functions include flipping blanks 90 degrees in mid-air, removing them from the mold frame, and reassembling them. Featuring low drive power and high operational reliability, this device performs critical operations in aerated concrete production lines, such as lifting the mold frame, mold base, and steam curing vehicle. It can also complete mold reassembly during the pouring cycle. Its applications span a wide range of industries, including transportation, ports, steel, construction, and the petrochemical industry.
If the rotary lock of a tilting lift becomes stiff or out of position during use, check and adjust the adjusting nut, then inspect the following areas:
1. Check the transmission mechanism for any binding. If so, this indicates poor lubrication, and lubricant (or grease) should be added to the movable joints. If the guide pin is overtightened, loosen the nut appropriately. If any loose connections or deformation of the transmission tube or other components are present, correct them.
2. During use, prevent the paint on the indicator panel of the tilting lift from fading. If this is found, reapply the paint to the original indicator panel immediately.
3. The wire rope on the tilting sling should be cleaned and lubricated with oil or grease as needed, especially at the bends.
4. Under normal use, major load-bearing components, lifting rings, twistlocks, lugs, and rigging shackles should be inspected at least every three months. Cracks and severe deformation must be avoided.
5. All oil cups, including those in the ratchet mechanism, the sliding bearing seat, and the twistlock box, as well as major joints, should be lubricated as needed based on usage.
6. The tilting sling must not exceed its rated lifting capacity.
7. During tilting sling lifting operations, ensure smooth lifting to avoid deformation caused by impact between the sling and other equipment.
