Purpose of a pouring mixer

A pouring mixer is a type of construction machinery primarily used for mixing and pouring materials in aerated concrete production. It mixes raw materials such as slurry, cement, quicklime, gypsum, and aluminum paste according to the correct proportions into a uniform suspension and then pours it into the mold. This equipment is available in both fixed and mobile versions.

The core component of this equipment is the stirring mechanism, which achieves uniform mixing of materials. The stirring intensity and duration directly impact the quality of the aerated concrete, as well as parameters such as the green body strength and gas evolution rate. Parameters such as the agitator speed, the draft tube structure, and the impeller diameter significantly influence the flow pattern, with turbine agitators being a typical choice.

The pouring machine utilizes a propeller-type mixer, creating a strong vortex within the tank, breaking down the coating of the quicklime particles and achieving a thoroughly uniform mix. The adjustable pouring arm adjusts height during the pouring process to prevent splashing. This machine can be manufactured in either fixed or mobile versions depending on process requirements. The fixed version is available in floor-standing or suspended versions to meet various user needs. Within the production line, the various measured materials are thoroughly mixed to achieve the desired physical and chemical properties for pouring.

It is used to stir the slurry, cement, quicklime, gypsum and aluminum powder paste suspension liquid injected into the tank according to a certain configuration ratio and injection sequence, add them into the machine for uniform mixing and stirring to fully react and inject them into the mold frame in time.
