Description of the dust removal system, arch breaking device, and material level device:
1. Dust Removal System: An electric dust removal device is installed on the top of the silo, effectively absorbing suspended particles within the silo and reducing pollution to the surrounding environment.
2. Arch Breaking Device: An air-blowing arch breaking device is installed in the lower cone of the silo. A small solenoid reversing valve located in the air control box controls the release of compressed air to break arches in cement and other powders, preventing accumulation and blockage.
3. Material Level Device: The silo material level device senses the material storage height within the silo.
