Composition of Aerated Concrete Block Equipment

1. Raw Material Pretreatment Equipment

⑴ Crusher: Lumpy materials for fly ash aerated concrete, such as quicklime and gypsum, must be crushed before proceeding to the next process.

⑵ Grinding Mill: Fly ash aerated concrete materials must be ground to facilitate better reaction. Ball mills are mainly used for grinding. There are dry and wet ball mills, which can be selected according to needs.

2. Raw Material Metering Equipment
Raw material metering generally uses a fully automatic microcomputer-controlled metering system.

3. Material Mixing and Casting Equipment
The main material mixing and casting equipment is the mixer, which serves as both mixing and slurry casting equipment.

4. Cutting Machine
After the fly ash aerated concrete is cast and aerated, it forms a green body. Due to the large volume of the green body, cutting is necessary to achieve the required product dimensions.

5. Autoclave
An autoclave is a device used for the hydration reaction of silicate products to obtain their physical and mechanical properties. Its operation in the production of fly ash aerated concrete is a crucial aspect related to safe production and energy utilization.

6. Boiler
The boiler primarily provides heat energy for heat-consuming facilities such as autoclaves and pre-curing kilns.

7. Auxiliary Equipment
⑴ Mold Frame, Base Plate, Mold Cart
These pieces of equipment work together to form the casting mold, which is the main forming equipment for fly ash aerated concrete.

⑵ Curing Cart, Transfer Cart, Lifting Gear
These auxiliary equipment are essential components of the autoclaving system.
